We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the following requirements are met:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

• Personalized or hygiene products (e.g., beds, bowls, grooming products) cannot be returned for sanitary reasons unless they have manufacturing defects.

If your product is defective or arrived damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, follow these steps:

• Provide the details of the purchase, reason for the return, and, if applicable, include photos of the product.

• Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products.

3. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method:

• Credit Card: The amount will be credited to your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the card issuer.

If you made a purchase via PayPal using a credit card, the refund process will be as follows:

• Refund Processing: We will authorize the refund on PayPal, which may take 1 to 3 business days.

• Refund Reflection on Credit Card: After authorization, PayPal will take up to 5 to 10 business days to credit the amount back to your credit card. In some cases, the refund may appear on your next statement or a specific statement.

If the returned product does not meet our policy conditions, it will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

4. Exchanges
