We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following requirements are met:

  • The product must be in perfect condition , with no signs of use, damage or wear.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging , with all tags and accessories.
  • Personalized or hygiene products (e.g. beds, bowls, care products) cannot be returned for sanitary reasons , unless they have manufacturing defects.

If your product is defective or has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please follow the steps below:

  2. Please provide purchase details, reason for return and, if applicable, send photos of the product.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility , except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products.

3. Refund Policy

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed in accordance with the original form of payment:

  • Credit Card: The amount will be refunded to your card statement within 5 to 10 business days , depending on your card provider.
  • If you made a purchase through PayPal using a credit card, the refund process will be carried out as follows:
