We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the following requirements are met:

Personalized or hygiene products (e.g., beds, bowls, grooming products) cannot be returned for sanitary reasons unless they have manufacturing defects.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, follow these steps:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products.
3. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method:
If you made a purchase via PayPal using a credit card, the refund process will be as follows:

Refund Processing: We will authorize the refund on PayPal, which may take 1 to 3 business days.

Refund Reflection on Credit Card: After authorization, PayPal will take up to 5 to 10 business days to credit the amount back to your credit card. In some cases, the refund may appear on your next statement or a specific statement.
If the returned product does not meet our policy conditions, it will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, follow the same return process and indicate which product you would like to receive. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you received a defective product or one different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. After review, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.
